It is the fast food restaurant of your dreams and is Southern Vermont’s answer to Shake Shack in New York and Boston and In and Out Burger in the West. It is another great restaurant from James Beard Foundation accredited and award winning chef Matthew Blau, the creator of Fireworks Restaurants, Max’s, Metropolis Wine Bar and Milagros Mexican Kitchen. Brattleburger is Blau’s effort to bring his love of great affordable food to the all-American hamburger.
The difference with Brattleburger is that we use only the best ingredients in everything we serve, and it’s a difference you can taste in everything you eat and drink here: local, natural, all-beef cheeseburgers, Pacific salmon burgers, Shady Brook Farms turkey burgers, grilled Allen Farms chicken breast sandwiches, homemade veggie burgers, and hand-cut fries.
